Behind the back bumper. There’s a hole in the bumper aligned perfectly with it (see the hole in the lower-center of the picture, to the left of the license plate). Looks like a tube with something inside...

Mystery solved: It’s for lowering the spare tire.

That is where you put the tool to lower/raise the spare tire from under the truck.

That’s where you put the crank + arm for lowering the spare tire.

Sticking your tool in the rear? Party hard.

That is if you have the spare tire key that came with the truck.

Acoustic channel for the rear horns. The switch is under the driver’s seat.

Thanks! I couldn’t come up with a reasonable purpose for that thing... That makes perfect sense.

This reminds me that there was a girl on one of the boats in our patrol area that had “I do butt stuff” with arrows on her shirt and shorts pointing down and toward her ... yeah.

*shudders*

Except there is never anything stealthy about rolling coal. It goes against all douchbaggery involved in doing so.

Emissions cheat device, the exhaust with the heavy CO2 emissions comes out of this. Since CO2 is odorless and colorless it doesn’t get noticed. The “coal dust/smoke” in rolling coal is composed of the heavier particulate matter, and while threatening to humans if inhaled it does not travel to the upper atmosphere to worsen global warming.

I bet the burn is just as intense

Spare tire winch access. In my chevy, the hole is covered by a cap that you have to unlock with the key.
